CANCELLATION POLICY

• We appreciate a minimum of 2 business days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 2 business days' notice, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. We hope you understand that this helps us cover our costs and time.
