We cannot guarantee the results of services. Results may vary from person to person, which is explained during the consultation and in consent forms. We cannot guarantee results if:

• Products are not purchased and used as directed

• Maintenance appointments are not followed up on

• Correct aftercare advice is not followed

4. Appointment Deposits

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments. If you cancel before the required cancellation time of 48 hours, you will lose your non-refundable deposit.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash and can only be used for services. If you lose your voucher, we cannot guarantee a replacement. It is your responsibility to keep the voucher safe.
